Shipping Policy
When will the order arrive?
SHIPPING
Orders are shipped via USPS. Standard shipping will arrive within 5-7 days. Please allow at least 10 days during the Christmas holiday. Please allow 2-3 day for priority shipping, 24-48 hours for express shipping.
*Please note, these are standard delivery estimates. We are not responsible for USPS shipping delays.

Is order tracking available?

You will receive a confirmation email including your tracking information. If you do not receive a tracking number within 5 days of ordering, please contact us.
Return & Exchange Policy
What is the refund policy?
Exchanges and Returns

Exchanges: TSHIRTS: We will be happy to exchange any damaged or defective t-shirt. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your shirt. We will exchange the shirt for the same style and size. We do not offer refunds. All shirts are heat pressed by hand and made to order.
Restringing Bracelets: All bracelets are handmade with elastic cord. We will restring your bracelet within 30 days of receipt free of charge. Some styles are made with beads that are in limited supply. In the unfortunate event, your bracelet requires restringing and your bead style is longer in stock, you may select an available style of equal or lesser value.

Returns: Returns are accepted if an item is damaged or defective upon receipt. Consumers are required to contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the product. All returned items must be post-marked and shipped with tracking and signature confirmation within 7 days of receiving the product(s).
